The Background: Works better! I think the bold purple/red disgustingness last week had to go.

The Face: Yes.

The Hair: Mostly.

The Shirt: The dots need reworking. I don't like the inconsistency in size or pattern.

The Background: Yes, I think the japanese cherry blossoms (tree branches) will work.

Okay, well. Stage two is definitely better than stage 1. 

This weekend I can see that I need to do a little muscle structure in the cheeks.

Continue with the eyes. I think mine are a little larger.

The mouth is a little wider.
